Yellowstone Day 4 & 5

It rained off and on all night.  We stayed nice and dry and so did most of our stuff.

We started off the morning with a drive by Firehole Falls
We made a stop at the painted pots.

We had our sack lunch at Old Faithful while we waited for it to erupt.

Then we took a walk on the boardwalk to see some more geysers.

Then we spotted a trail with a lookout point for Old Faithful.  We had wanted to do it last year but didn't think the littler boys were up to it.  We decided to give it a whirl this year.

Beck ditched his stroller for Jason's shoulders but pushing the stroller gave Jonah something to do to keep his mind off of all the walking.

We got to the top just in time to see Old Faithful go off again.  The view was awesome!  We were so proud of Jonah for making it since he isn't a fan of walking far distances.  We did have to promise him an ice cream when we got back down.

Beck, Jason, and Jonah beat Graham and me down and Beck was waiting for us with his eyes closed.

I think this totally looks like a buffalo.  It was just some moss stuff spread over some fallen tree.
Graham got tired for carrying the stroller down and decided it would be WAY faster to just ride it down.

Graham pushing Beck threw the crowd.

And of course the promised ice cream.
Jonah changed his mind and wanted Powerade instead.  So that's what he and Graham had.  Jason had to sit by himself since some nice lady plopped down in his spot and wasn't moving anytime soon.

Of course I forgot the name of this spot.  We stopped there last year but had to leave early since it started to storm.  This time we arrived just as an Asian tour bus got there so we had LOTS of company!  This was one of the boys favorite spots so we had to take lots of scenic pictures.

The next morning we packed up fast and headed up and saw some pretty things on our way out of the park.

Jason climbed the Tetons a couple of times when we lived in Logan and Idaho so he stopped once or twice on the way home to get some good Teton pics.

We ate lunch at Mountain High pizza in Jackson.  We had a great trip!
