Graham

Graham has been a busy boy.  He finished off his soccer season.

He went to several BYU games with Jason and ate a lot of Cougar tails.  The most memorable game was the one where it rained/poured forever.  They spent some quality time bonding in the car.

He got to launch a rocket.  A itty bitty baby rocket.

To pass a service thing off for a merit badge Graham did a little babysitting of the neighborhood kids on a Friday night.

My baby turned 12!  I still can't get over that one.  He wanted an Oregon/Nike cake.  We took him to Maddox for his bday lunch and then he went to the Priesthood session with Jason and Grandpa Richard.

Graham wanted to light his own candles on his cake that had ice cream in it as he requested.

Graham received the Priesthood on Oct. 13th.  He did fast offerings for his first time in the pouring rain.  He came home a little bit wet but his  spirits were high.  The next Sunday he was able to pass the Sacrament.  He was soooo nervous and did just fine.

Our Stake did a 40 day family history challenge.  During the 40 days we were able to find a few names on my Dad's side that needed their temple work done.  Graham got a limited use temple recommend and we went together to do the baptisms for the family members.  What a great experience for all of us.  He was able to go again with his grandparents and do some more names but that time it was extremely crowded and they had to wait 2 hrs. for their turn.  That was a LONG time for Graham to have to wait but I couldn't help but think how long those individuals had been waiting for their temple work to be done.  I'm sure they were very grateful for Graham's sacrifice of his time that day.
