Graham is a 5th grader! They grow up so fast. One thing that hasn't changed is Graham's sense of fashion. He wore this sweet ensemble for his first day of school (minus the soccer socks and cleats. I kind of forgot to take his picture that morning and had to do it after soccer practice that night). His teacher this year is Mrs. Emery. She's new to the school and so far Graham really likes her.
Jonah started kindergarten this year! He laid his clothes out Monday morning for school that started on Tuesday morning.
After going to his open house and meeting his teacher Ms. Peterson he came home and got his jammies on and fell fast asleep on the chair.
He was ready to roll the next morning with his first day of school waffle. And lots of pictures (I made sure not to forget after Graham).
Graham and Jonah picked out the same sweet shoes and they are only one size difference. We got them in the middle of the summer at an Adidas warehouse sale and it was sooooo nice when August came around to already have our school shoes.
Jonah did great! He was happy and brave and wonderful. Jason and I got to take him on a little date after school to Olive Garden and pick up our new (new to us) car.
When Graham asked Jo how his day went he said he got in trouble twice. Huh, he didn't mention that to me. When Graham asked why Jo told him it was because he forgot to raise his hand when he talked. I think he's going to be just fine!!!
