I didn't realize that I had been such a neglectful mom. Here Graham is almost 8 years old and we had never taken him bowling! Since I'm not a regular bowler I forgot the most important rule when bowling BRING SOCKS!
Graham luckily was wearing some but Jonah and I had to go commando. I don't recommend it, it was slippery and I kept getting grossed out when I would think about it and then my feet would sweat and it would be even more slippery! Autumn on the other hand is a pro bowler with her own purple ball and bowling shoes that look like cute little gym shoes.
For never having bowled before I thought the boys had pretty good form...
The best part of the day was when I realized that the bowling alley was having a promotion thingy and all our fun was FREE!

My Logan loves loves loves bowling...we can't wait for the new place to open....in face we are signing him up for a little bowling leauge they do in the fall. Call us next time you go!

I have a hard time wearing bowling shoes regularly. I probably would have run to the nearest store and bought us some socks. But you know I have feet issues.
Looks like you are having a fun summer. I love the girls camp pictures. You would be such a fun leader! I'm sure everyone had a great time. Your boys are so cute.
Bowling for free had to almost make up for not wearing socks in the nasty shoes. I'm thinking of next Thurs for the play after I see if my Mom can watch Ellie. It starts at 8 but I guess the doors open at 7 and it isn't assigned seating. How about a little dinner before as well? Talk to Jas and let me know what you can work out.
