When I first got there around 3:15 this was what I found and this pic only shows half of the line. I didn't realize at the time that it took almost 5min. per person to register if I would have known I probably would have just gone home but no, I didn't figure that out until I'd already invested over 2hrs. into it and am I a quitter! Apparently not but I might rethink that next time.
Thank goodness Mandi and Roni were there to hang out and boob about things with.
Around 4:30 Mandi took off to Harts to get us all much needed nourishment. The Icee and Funyons did wonders...little did I know that I wasn't even half way there.
Around 5:30 we all gave up and had a seat. We had 8 kids with us and our feet were killing us. Luckily the sun had gone down enough that we were in the shade.
So around 6:50 we finally made it to one of two benches to sit on. Note that the Doritos are now gone. When we made it to the last bench we went crazy and opened the peach rings we had been saving to ration out at the end.
And finally at 7:15 Graham is registered. TA DA (I was so bugged!)

OH MY GOSH! This is the reason I take my kids to the PG pool for swimming lessons! I hate the Lehi athletics program...they really need to realize they need to EXPAND! I tried to sign East up for baseball...2 whole days late...and they weren't even putting kids on the waiting list anymore! :( I LOVE the pics! You're such a great little blogger!

Kristin, I was sure you were going to say you had been standing in line at Wal Mart. That's way too long! What a trooper. Come to Texas and you can teach Graham in our pool!
Holy cow! I don't think I would have lasted more than 1 hour. At least you were able to get him signed up. You should have gotten a discount for having to wait so long.
I am just glad we are able to laugh about this now...I was in good company that is what made it fun!! Next year, I can't wait...I'll stock the igloo cooler!
Wow, I missed it, cause I forget everything! I'm glad that you took pictures so we could relive it with you, with out hanging out for 4 hours. Can I just say Holy Macerole?

My children are destined to be land-lovers for ever. There's no way I could even look at that line and remain sane. You're awesome! Congrats!
You guys are such great moms to wait in line all day with your kids!! It looks like you had some fun though....It beats being cooped up in the house.
