Beck is 5!

Beck is a pretty easy kid to please.  He wanted a BYU shirt and some legos on his big day.  

This is the first year Beck was going to have a friend birthday party.  We talked about lots of ideas but what he wanted most was for 2 friends from the old neighborhood, Micah and Mitchell, to come play at our house and have pizza and cake.  

He wanted a donut cake.  We ended up doing a lemon bundt cake (cuz that looks like a donut right?) with donut holes all around it.  It may not have been the most aesthetically pleasing cake but it sure was yummy.

Beck also had school on his birthday and he was excited about that.  Of course we had to take donuts for his birthday treat.

Tiffany, Sydney, and Brody stopped by to tell Beck Happy Birthday too.  

Beck is such a fun kid.  He is our most cautious child.  He likes to spend most of his time playing at our house.  He is a very picky eater yet his likes often change.  He loves school and learning.  He is such a joy.
