Spring Break

We had the whole week off for spring break.  Jason was only home till Wednesday and then I was solo.  We tried to make the most of those first few days.  We went bowling (the big boys rode their bikes there) the next day we walked/rode bikes to the park and stopped to get a donut on the way home.  April fools was that week and we hid jelly beans in the boys enchiladas.  I took the boys to the park one day and that day was filled with adventure.  We had at least 3 potty accidents that day.  Not all #1 and not all from the same kid.  Then as Beck and I left my bedroom he decided to turn the lock and pull the door shut.  He locked me out.  Lovely.  My first thought was to reach above our door for the key and unlock it but as luck would have it we moved the key to above the bathroom door in our room.  I ended up calling Marci who brought over her key but we still couldn't get it to work.  We even tried taking off the door knob.  Our last attempt was to go through the window.  Graham got the ladder out and climbed up but couldn't reach.  So I climbed up (in my skirt) and I could reach but I needed a screwdriver to get the screen off. On my way back down our neighbor Becca saw me and decided to send her husband over to help us.

The next day I needed a break and decided to go to lunch with my mom.  After we picked up the boys and spent the afternoon at Jump On It.  To top off the day I got to go to Olive Garden with the girls.

At the end of the week we had family come to town.  Chelsea and Brooklyn came for conference and cute Kobe came along.  Tiff's family (minus Bad Back Brian) came too.

Overall it was a nice spring break.  

I was super happy to have Jason back home!
