We got ourselves some Colonel's Corner tickets and headed off to a Real soccer game. We ate at Training Table before (mmmmm, cheese fries). We parked forever away and Jonah didn't even complain about the walk!
We met up with the Babcock's once we got there.
I had received a random school email the day before saying something about it being PTA night at the game and that the kids could go on the field for the national anthem. So we waited for almost an hour until it was time. Jonah wasn't a fan of the wait.
When the time came they headed out onto the field with a million other little kids. We didn't get any pictures because we stayed in the portal waiting for them to come back so we didn't lose them.
Jason told Graham to feel the field while he was out there and see if it was real grass. Graham did one better than that. He brought Jason back a piece of grass.
Jonah got sooooo excited when he saw that flag coming around. Too bad it stopped before it got to us!
Real was playing Portland and they won. The weather was great and the boys were great and we all had a good time!
