Love

I loved the hotel we stayed in during the first half of our vacation! The second hotel was nice too.

We got some good laughs (I LOVE laughing) and saw a cool show at the Polynesian Cultural Center.

I loved this spot to go snorkeling. Except the waves were really big and we got too scared to get in!

Cute, let's call them wildlife!

This is the pool I would hang out at when I wanted a reclining chair not sand to lay on. The beach is on the other side of the pool. Awesome! I read 3 books while I was lounging there. The other picture is of the guy raking the sand. They did it every morning.

We did find a safer place to snorkel at Hanauma Bay. I LOVED snorkeling and the best part was when we happened upon a turtle! We were so close to this huge turtle that the waves were pushing me over him and I'd have to swim back to not touch him. We did see all kinds of colorful fish, though the water wasn't super clear.

Our last morning we decided to hike Diamond Head.

There were a lot of stairs to go up.

They used to use it as a look out to protect Pearl Harbor so it had cool things like this covering that we had to duck under.

We had to walk through this dark tunnel and it was a little tricky not running into other people.

That night when we finally made it to the airport to fly home Jason needed a little break and spent a few minutes in this massage chair.

It really was an amazing vacation. Not just the location but having family help us out for 9 days! The boys missed us but had so much fun with Grandpa and Grandma and cousins. They went miniature golfing, to the farm, played in baseball games, had golf lessons, went to the "Rez", met a Jazz player, had a BBQ, stayed up late and watched movies. Jonah would say that Hawaii wasn't as fun as his vacation.

After we picked the boys up we were telling them on the way home that we had another vacation to go on the next weekend. They started cheering. Then Jonah got all quiet and asked, "Together this time?". We LOVE those boys of ours!
