Huey

It was the year 1997 (or something like that) and Jason and I were dating and decided to go to the Stadium of Fire. There was no David Archuleta or Brad Paisley that night, it was...HUEY LEWIS AND THE NEWS! I know, big right, hehe. Anyway, during Huey's performance people were running down onto the grass and dancing and so Jason and I decided to join in. My memory fails me here because I can't remember if we actually made it onto the grass or if by the time we decided to run down it was too late. Either way we are always making jokes and reminiscing about Huey Lewis.

Fast Forward to yesterday

Jason is boarding his plane for his flight to Montana for work. He gets all settled in his aisle seat when the window seat passenger arrives. Lo and behold it is no other than HUEY LEWIS himself! No not a look alike or some random person with the same name it is really him!

When Jason got off the plane and text me I asked if he got a picture of him. Nope. He did make a funny comment to Huey but Huey has 2 hearing aids (ironic right since Jason is an audiologist) and didn't quite hear it all the way so that was the end of their conversing. At the end of the flight Huey turned his blackberry on and his wallpaper on his phone said Huey News so if there was any doubt it was confirmed. Apparently he lives in Montana.
