More Stuff

Mom and Jason flew to Anchorage together. Jason was going for work and Mom was going to visit Aunt Pat.
Beck ate 3 apples. Not all the way just enough that no one else wanted to eat them.

Here is a little something Jason wrote about this picture...
The Lord has blessed us with opportunities to serve. Kris has a friend with a seemingly terminally sick infant. She devised a plan to make the family several frozen meals last week that was already filled with too many activities, but she did it. The meals were made and twice she took them to the family's home this week, but they were not there. Tonight we piled in the car to go to Graham's Pack meeting when I noticed the freezer meals on the floor of the car. I marveled to myself at how much my dear wife does for us and for others. I then noticed that the freezer meals weren't frozen. Just then, Kris got in the car. I asked her about the meals if we needed to drop them off, but her face said it all - the meals had been in the car all day - since the last attempt to deliver them yesterday. She sighed, picked up the dinners, walked over to the garbage and dropped them into the empty can. I suggested that the good deeds were already noted in heaven and we went to the Pack meeting late as usual. Sometimes our good intentions are spoiled by a warm day...in an even warmer car.

We finally bought a tent that fits all of us and tested it out in the backyard. We watched a little Leave it to Beaver and then it was lights out. It was cold. I ended up inside.

Beck was not happy when I spoiled his toilet paper fun.

The mixer and I got into a little tiff over the powder sugar...the mixer won.

If it makes you feel better, I feel like powdered sugar always wins when I use it. I make such big messes when I cook (which is probably the main reason I don't love it.) You are so sweet to make those freezer meals. I felt so bad for you while reading that portion of this post. I'm so sorry! It's the thought that counts. (I tell myself that every May when I drive up to the temple just to realize that I have again forgotten the cleaning schedule- it happens EVERY YEAR!)
