We decided to spend Beck's first birthday in sunny St. George! I may have been trying to get out of making a cake and playing hostess, but Beck was happy to have a Nielsen's Frozen Custard for his birthday and so were the rest of us!
We did some swimming at the indoor pool. Beck wasn't a fan at first but slowly warmed up to the idea of floating in the pool.
Jonah and Graham on the other hand were pros.
After a long day of swimming we were all starving for some PIZZA! We met Uncle Mikey there and had pizza and big breadsticks.
Beck actually ate some breadstick which was impressive because he hasn't wanted much besides a bottle these days. In fact, that morning he had tried some of the boys Cinnamon Toast Crunch and LOVED that so it was a good food day for Beck. Jonah on the other hand was exhausted from swimming and fell asleep after eating right on the bench.
Mikey gave us a tour of his new apartment and we got a picture on the couch that used to be ours, that used to be Mom and Dad's.
Before we left for St. George Mikelle and her family stopped by to wish Beck a happy birthday.
We LOVE you so MUCH Beck! We are so blessed and lucky to have you as part of our family!

Happy Birthday Beck! It looks like your trip to St. George was a success. My ritz book is in the production phase so hopefully it will be ready soon. Now on to finish the blog book. After Ella's party this year I decided that our new tradition will be leaving town :) I love all of the pictures (especially the last one.) It sounds like you guys had a fun birthday trip.
