Disney Trip Day 4

Oh my. 3 days at Disneyland might be too much fun for us. We headed back for our 3rd day but only lasted until lunch time. Then we were ready for something else.

We did see the Captain EO 3D show that day. It was fun because I remember going to that when it first came out a LONG time ago.

Jonah was always very helpful in carrying the stroller up the stairs to our hotel room.

So after lunch we decided to find ourselves a beach. We ended up at Newport Beach. It was super pretty and there were tons of cool houses right on the beach with their BIG sailboats.

The sad part was that they were private little sections of beach so the boys couldn't play in the sand but we still enjoyed our little stroll.

That night for dinner Jason wanted to do something different. So he used some app on his ipod to find a restraunt. We ended up at a Chicken Pot Pie place. I would have never dared go inside if he hadn't said it was highly recommended (at least that's what the ipod said). It was a old diner type place and our waitress was a little old lady who called us darlin' and when we ordered Jonah a hamburger she asked if we wanted it "dry". I even heard her yell back to the cooks that she needed some rolls with butt (with my limited diner slang I'm guessing she meant butter). Jason and I had pot pies and our meal came with a salad, roll, soup, pot pie, and a piece of pie all for $6.

We stopped at the nearby Walmart and bought our Disney souvenirs. We got back in time to go to the fireworks but we were all so tired that no one had the energy. Instead we snuggled up in our hotel room and watched High School Musical.
