We did some swimming. Beck didn't last long and mostly napped. Graham swam with the floaty that we got for him when he was one!
For dinner we tried the pizza place called The Pie Hole.
It was a cool place with this ginormous chalkboard.
And these cool seats.
I had a Thai pizza. I'm recommending that people don't mix pizza and Thai food. Separate they are fabulous. Together....eh, not so good.Next we went to visit Rhonda. We haven't seen her for about 2 years. We were going to go bowling together but EVERY bowling lane was taken for some league thingy so the boys played a few video games.
Then we went to Dairy Queen for ice cream. The boys had just eaten pizza but when we went to order their ice cream they also wanted food. Their dreams came true, they had hot dogs and onion rings and ice cream!
We got to visit with Rhonda for an hour or two and it was so fun! Jonah LOVED all the attention and it was so nice to get caught up. We love Rhonda so much! She is such a special person to our family and we don't know what we'd do without her!
Some nice man took our picture for us before we all had to go. On our way back to the hotel we drove around Idaho Falls. We have soooo many memories there! Graham and Jonah were both born there. I taught school there and Jason went to school. We drove by our old (yucky) apartments and did lots of reminiscing. It was a short but very sweet trip.

I am glad you had such a good trip. I think it is so wonderful that you've maintained a relationship with Rhonda.
Oh yeah...that's what I wanted to ask you about on the phone the other day. I know you mentioned going up there last time we talked and you had do some intervening. I guess I will have to get the full scoop later. Glad you were able to see Rhonda and had a nice little family vacation.
I love your blog updates and I so admire you. You are so inspiring out-of-the-box. I love it! Great pictures. I remember Graham as the picture before the one with him and Jonah as a baby. The sweet little sunbeam who would sit on my lap every Sunday and fall asleep.. He sure is a good looking young man.
