Next we went to Walmart and got an awesome parking spot, but I forgot my purse so we had to go back home.
Once we finally got back to Walmart Jonah had to pee. I took him into the bathroom but as soon as he saw they were automatic flushing toilets he wouldn't have anything to do with them. He promised he didn't need to pee.
We try and do a little shopping and don't get very far before Jonah is doing the pee pee dance. So we run to the bathroom at the back of the store (apparently its already in use because we open the door on a kid who forgot to lock it) we wait our turn and low and behold that bathroom has an automatic flush too. I turn around to try and talk Jonah into using it and its too late. He has peed his pants. Great.
I'm not about to leave without finishing my list so poor Jonah just has to be wet. Of course we get in a short but slow moving check out line where Jonah pees a little more so his pants are all the way soaked.
On the way home I was talking to Jason who was supposed to be home by 9 that night from a week long work trip but there is horrible rain in Texas and his flight has been delayed.
I get so side tracked talking to Jason that I make it almost all the way home before I realize that I ordered a pizza and didn't pick it up.
Once we finally make it home Jason calls to say his flight got cancelled and he won't be home till Sat.
I'm glad Friday's over.

Oh you poor thing! I am so sorry.
Were you haulin around a baby thru all of that? Delayed flights are the worst, I know the feeling! Glad it's over!
Yikes! I hope you have recovered...
Don't you just love em... truly, truly when it rains it POURS! I hope you don't have a day like that again for at least a year!:)(I would say never, ever again, but you know... kids, being a mom... they are going to happen.)
It's good to hear I'm not the only one whose child has automatic flushing toilet issues. Alex still makes me stand in front of her to make sure it doesn't flush on her. I don't know what she is going to do next year at school.
Whew! I'm glad you survived. I HATE atuomatic flushers...and short but slow check-out lines are the worst! And really...what is there to say about the pee pee dance...it's inevitable! Hope your Monday is much better!
Aw man! Days like that really blow! Glad you survivied! Have you heard anything about Eclipse yet?
What a day! I loved your slide show on the previous post. I want to be like you when I grow up! I think you are so great. :)
Good grief. I hope Jason made it home Saturday and gave you some time off.
Ok why didn't Jason take this job when I lived there so aleast we could have each other to share in the pains of being a single mom! I so feel your pain and wish I could be there to help you. I hope that everything else is going good. Tell Jason he owes you a night out!
