Lists

I LOVE making lists. I LOVE crossing things off my list when I get them done. Today I had 7 things I wanted to get done on my list. By dinner time I had done half of one thing. That left me with 6 1/2 undone things. I could only half cross off one measly thing.

I'm so not making lists anymore.

I LOVE making lists too! I hate days like you had today though. You have a newborn, that excuses everything:) I am making progress on the book and figuring out the sight. I'd love to see the sizes though because I was hoping to make the horizontal book, but if the pictures look bad then I really don't want to get it.

Sounds like you need to simplify your lists (wake up, hold Beckham, etc.). At least you have a good excuse.

You sound just like me! Do you ever put things on your list that you've already done that day just so you can cross it off and you feel like you've gotten more things done? I totally do that. I'm lame!!!...but it works!!! Motivation!

LOL! It's o.k. you have a newborn, a 3 yr.old not to mention another schoool-aged child also. Give it a few months, or a year, you'll be able to get more of that list done. You're awesome. Thanks for posting that.

Hey...well doesn't 6 1/2 undone things actually equal 3 completely done things?!:) I'm a list maker as well. If it doesn't get crossed off...I simply move it to the next day.

With a new baby I think 1/2 of a thing to cross off on your list is pretty impressive. I quit making lists because I never did seem to get anything crossed off.

Newborns are so, so much work. It's funny how you think all they do is eat, sleep, and poop so they should be easy to take care of but it's just not that way. Especially when you have older kids to take care of too. But, as that country song says, "It won't be likes this for long." Tell me something on your list and I'll go do it for you. xoxo
