Game Night

I love Jason.  He's always full of good ideas.

We played Battleship the other night as a family and I assumed it would just be a normal game of Battleship but Jason had bigger plans.  He turned off all the lights in the house and then in teams (Jason and Graham against Jonah and me) we hid somewhere in the house.  Each team had a flashlight, their Battleship board, and a phone.  Jason put the phones on intercom so they were like walkie-talkies.  Then we played.  It was way entertaining and much more memorable then a plain game of Battleship!

Jonah and I lost :(

How creative! Next time I need a fun family activity I am calling you guys (or we will just come to your place and join in the fun - too bad we live far enough away that it couldn't just be spur of the moment). And while I am thinking about it, we still need to plan a little get away together with our fam's sometime. And while I am thinking about adoption, Brian said the federal tax credit is still good and that is the big one so that is good - just thought I would pass that on.

We are coming up next Sun. and going back on Mon. Hopefully we will get to see you for a bit. Aidan was mad he didn't get to see Graham last time. (That is President's Day Weekend.)
