Happy Valentines Day to us. We headed off to St. George for some fun in the sun. Oh, it's never as simple as it sounds though. For starters we were going to take our bikes but that plan was thwarted when Jason put the bike rack and bikes on the car inside the garage and then later I found out for us that the garage door isn't tall enough for the bikes to be on the car and for the car to leave the garage. Needless to say we are down 2 bike seats and have gained a ding in the garage door. Some of you may have heard of my recent drama with backing up. A few weeks ago while driving the carpool I backed into a trailor. I know, I just can't win. Jason said that he was going to buy me an orange cone like utility trucks have to use. I am just so sick of hearing crunching metal everytime I go into reverse! With all that considered, I did not drive on our trip!

Graham was sick the whole time we were gone. He had an ear infection and was miserable when he wasn't drugged. We did get a little sunshine on Sunday when we went for a little stroll.

Graham loves to go to the fountains and hang out by the water.

Jonah has just learned how to give "loves". This time he was giving them while trying to eat a yogurt.

I seriously cannot believe how big Jonah is! He's so cute. Graham looks all grown up too. I like his hair. Hope you guys had a fun time in St. George. Sorry about all of the crunching metal. We miss you guys!
I'm so glad to hear that you reached the sunshine part of the state and had a good time. Maybe the best time will be when you take your mother and father with you and they can babysit for a time while you go and play. Kris, I didn't hear about the trailer incident. So sorry. I love you guys and am glad that you could get away.
Love, MOM
Yay for the sun! I am glad you had a good time. Sorry Graham was sick. It is no fun to be sick and even worse when your kids are. The picture of you and Jonah is so sweet. Too bad about the backing up mishap. My mom tried to take my bike on top of her car in the parking garage up at USU when I was in school - yeah there wasn't enough clearance there either. At least you were at home!
Your backing up garage story reminded me of that Chevy Chase movie...funny...or not really huh!? Your pictures are great! It looks so nice and warm there! Oh..and the pic of you and Jonah is priceless! Love it!
Kristin - you have the cutest family. We talked about going to St. George all last week and never did it. After seeing your pics I wish we had. - Amy
I back into something the other day and I waited 2 days to tell Greg, not because he would be angry, but because I was so embarrassed. Darn those light poles at Meadow.
I did the exact same thing! Except I actually backed into the garage door! It is a little warped now, but still goes up and down. It happens to the best of us!
